Kayode Adebamiji ADENIJI is a professor in the Department of Pathology, Faculty of Basic Clinical Sciences, College of Health Sciences, University of Ilorin.

His research interest is in the molecular epidemiology of breast and prostate cancers. He participated in the NCI’s Summer Curriculum in Cancer Prevention and Control in July 2009 in Bethesda, Maryland, USA. He is currently the Director of Pathology Resource Network of Prostate Cancer Transatlantic Consortium (CaPTC) for African region with its headquarters at the Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, Florida, USA. He got a number of NIH grants to conduct research in breast and prostate cancers.
